Universal Protector is a combined antifreeze and corrosion inhibitor for use in solar, ground-source, air-source and heat-source systems. which can protect down to as low as -51°C. It is also suitable for use in chiller systems, including those in food factories and it is made with Mono-propylene Glycol, which is non-toxic and far safer to use than the more popular antifreeze, Mono-ethylene Glycol.
Universal Protector not only prevents corrosion and the formation of limescale within the system, but it also acts as a heat transfer fluid and helps to prevent bacterial contamination.
Available as a concentrate in 5 and 20 litre drums, also comes in 30% and 40% concentrations in 20 litre containers.
