It is also suitable for use in chiller systems, including those in food factories and it is made with mono-propylene glycol, which is non-toxic and far safer to use than the more popular antifreeze, mono-ethylene glycol.
Universal Protector not only prevents corrosion and the formation of limescale within the system, but it also acts as a heat transfer fluid and helps to prevent bacterial contamination.
Available as a concentrate in 5 and 20 litre drums, also comes in 30% and 40% concentrations in 20 litre containers.
